How do I transfer a call?
To transfer a call that you are on, press the soft key under the display titled XFER.

The voice mail system has its own prompts to guide you through it, but here is a complete listing of the voice mail menu structure.
How to Set up your Voice Mail
When your phone firsts arrives, it will have a voicemail button configured on it. This is the one that looks like an envelope, to the right of the “3” button. Pressing it will take you to your voicemail.
